Residential Deliveries: All deliveries are completed by 2 men in a lift gated truck with a 24 hour pre-call to confirm the date/time of delivery. We also provide an optional telephone survey by to be completed by your customer. Residential deliveries can be adjusted to your needs, below are examples of common services.

• Threshold – items are taken through the first dry door of the building. No stairs, unpacking or assembly




• Rooms of Choice – items are taken into the room of choice within the customer’s home with 2 flights of stairs included. No unpack




• White Glove - items are taken to where customer request, unpacked, assembled, Furniture is wiped down, and all debris is removed.




• Deluxing – Items are opened, and inspected at our warehouse to insure that it is in showroom condition without any damages prior to calling the customer for delivery.

High Value Product Handling: All associates and delivery personnel are specially trained to move high value products providing inside pickup and delivery, unpacking, light assembly, product placement and debris removal.

Warehousing &Distribustion: 1st Leading Cargo offers a wide variety of storage solutions from Storage Programs with defined cycle counts, and reporting to temporary storage which need to be held for a couple weeks. We also provide inventory services - Warehouse Management System (WMS) which allows real-time visibility of your products in our warehouse and/or affiliated warehouses across the country.
